What Causes Tightness In The Chest After Taking Zpack And Cipro?

I had pneumonia with accompanying ear infection starting the week of Christmas and was taken off antibiotics after a Zpac and week of Cipro. I feel fully recovered except when exercising. I normally walk 30 a day for 2 miles each time. I have only worked up to a mile in my walking and stop because I am somewhat short of breath butaking more concerning is my tightness in my chest. I was using an inhaler during my recover but have not need it for weeks. I am concerned if this is a normal recovery and if it is safe for me to add distance to my walk. Thank you
