Anesthesiologist 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms points towards an infective cyst. Tightness in chest and increase in heart rate can be due to the systemic response to infection. You should consult a ER service and if the cyst is infected one it needs to be drained immediately. Complete blood count and blood culture needs to be done if the symptoms persists despite draining the cyst. You should also do a diabetic work up. Antibiotics should be taken for one week post cyst drainage.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
