General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The tightness of chest, sweating, weakness, excess hunger, you can feel these in Hypoglycemic state. you need to meet your Diabetologist to alter your diet as well as the dosages.

It would be best to get your ECG once to rule out any cardiac events which can also mimic Hypoglycemic state. Since you are also diabetic and hypertensive would be good to get a complete evaluation done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Srija. J, General & Family Physician
