What Causes Tightness In The Chest With Shortness Of Breath?
I m 23 and have been feeling an uncomfortable feeling in the middle of my chest. I want to say shortness of breath but I m not to sure. It s not painful. Just a really uncomfortable almost tightness . It s been like 5 days now and I m getting worried. I ve read several forums and people say they feel the same way and have been told that it s stress. I have nothing extremely stressful in my life right now. Help please.
