What Causes Tightness In The Leg Muscles?

For the past 3 years or so all of my muscles have been getting tighter. It started with my legs and then went everywhere else. I am also getting pains like needles poking me in various places. All my doctor does is send me to get blood work but it always comes back normal. He says nothing is wrong with me. Any ideas?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
I recommend a visit to a neurologist to find out if there is some neural cause like any abnormality in the spinal cord.
I would also advice taking a neural vitamin like Vit B1, B2, B3, B6, B12. This would help to some extent if the symptoms are neurogenic.
Hope this answers your question, thank you.
