General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You have heaviness in the temple along with affection of tongue.

So transient ischemic attack could be possible.

I suggest you investigate with echocardiography and cholestrol and random blood sugar estimation for primary work up.

According to cause specific treatment given.

If needed CT or MRI scan also should be planned.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
