What Causes Tightness In The Throat When Diagnosed With Scabies?

I was diagnosed with Scabies tonight but doctor just wanted to get me out of his office pretty much, everything is late so can t get any antibiotics, I ve been experiencing tightness in my throat today...I use Benadryl every 4-6 hours, I don t know what to do, I even called another doctor and told him that I was diagnosed & pretty much kicked out of the doctors office that I went to get treated from.. sometimes I can think ok but I ve been feeling off, now it makes a lot of sense why I felt I was losing my mind. What do I do this late at night? Thank You in advance
