What Causes Tightness In The Upper Right Abdomen?
I have had tenderness on the skin of my upper right abdomen, around my side and to my back stopping at my spine. This has last for about a week. There is no visible sign of a rash. I have occasional tightness in this general area as well. I am 28, 5 8 , 170lbs and in general good health. What could be causing this?

as looking at your history it looks like you are having gall stone disease........i would like to do an ultrasound abdomen and pelvis full blood count and serum amylase..........then you should do the following and consult a general surgeon
1) take plenty of fluids
2) tab no-spa forte 1 tablet three times daily
3) syrup ulsanic 2tsf twice daily
4) cap omeprazole 40 mg daily
