Hello,

You are experiencing tightness in the vagina, left sided pain and slight bleeding. Tightness in the vagina is commonly caused due to vaginismus, inflammation or infection of the vagina(yeast infection, BV, STD, etc.), childbirth, etc. Other medical conditions that may cause similar symptoms are emotional factors (trauma, psychological issues, stress), pelvic floor muscle tightening, dyspareunia, peri menopausal phase, UTI, etc. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a gynecologist, get per vaginal check up done.

You will be required to get few blood tests, investigations, urinalysis, CBC, and STD tests done to detect any STI's, you will be treated accordingly. You will be treated with medicines, antibiotic / antivirals (if required). Sometimes, the gynecologist can recommend dilation of the vagina with the help of dilators. If it is due to some emotional problem, you will need the help of Councilor, CBC, physical therapy may also help. Hormonal problems will be treated accordingly. Stay away from addictions if any.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hello,

Tightness of vagina could be due to muscle spasm of some kind. I suggest you to avoid sexual contact for few days and observe the tightness. This may disappear after few days.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
