I am a 52 year old male suffering from ashalsia cardia or something like that where my LES does not open when I eat. I have never had GERD or any acid reflux problems. I am an avid runner so maybe this has caused my LES to stay more tightly closed. Is there anything I can do to help with this condition as many times I am unable to swallow food.
