What Causes Tinging Sensation On The Clitoris?

I m a 40 year old female. I have 2 grown sons delivered by Cesarean. I am relatively healthy. I have never had an orgasm without clitoral stimulation. I would say that orgasms never really came easy either but were generally what I would consider to be overwhelming when I finally got there. However, after turning 40 and 1/2 by best guesstimate my clit tingles constantly. No matter what I m doing. It s kinda cool but can be distracting lol. Is this normal? Why now? Any other information i can give to help answer please let me know.
