What Causes Tingling And Burning Sensation In Head, Neck And Ears?

hi yes last night I have the most frightening experience. I had a weird feeling of tingling (almost like pins and needles) along with a burning sensation rising in my head and traveling down my neck and ears. Then my ears were burning and that sensation continued to my back arms and down my legs it was a tingling burning sensations with chills all over my body and it continues even now, but not as severe. What could this be telling me?

I really appreciate this, because of the nerve compression particularly in cervical spine such symptoms is likely and compression mostly happened due to poor posture during sleep so try to maintain good posture, if the condition does not come around then this may need imaging of cervical spine, (Cervical collar can be tried here ), hope this information helps, take care.
