What Causes Tingling And Burning Sensation In Penis After Having Unprotected Sex?

Hi I had unprotected sex with a new girlfriend upon premature ejaculation I squeezed the hell outa my penis head with my index finger and thumb it did not help I still ejaculated when I let go but I instantly got a tingling/burning sensation do u think I damaged something or could it be a std I ve never heard of an std being instant discomfort ?

If instant it cannot be an STD. May be injury during sex would have cause. Use condom to prevent any std in future. Wash with cold water and soap for burning sensation. Can use local anaesthetic like lignocane 2% gel if pain persist.
