24 yr old female; recently diagnosed with igG2, IgG4 and B12 deficiencies. Also presenting with tingling & numbness on and off in rt foot, sometimes travels up and occassionsl tingling in fingers. Fatigue for the past several months. Hx of Gi Reflux issues since birth - 60mg Prilosec daily. Hx of migraines - current PRN meds for migraine tx imetrex injections, zomig nasal spray or oral tablet and Zofran for nausea. Prevention meds include Verapamil, Zoloft. Could the combo of pain meds be causing the numbness tingling or the B12 deficiency? They just sent her for an MRI of her spine...no results yet.
