What Causes Tingling And Numbness In Hand With Budging Vein?

I have been experiencing tingling in my right hand and right foot. I am a 35 year old male about 150-160 lbs. I also see the veins in my right hand buldge. I can get them to go down immediately by raising my hand above my heart. If I exercise very hard then my left hand also will ge numb as well. What could this be? Would you like some more information?

Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Neurogenic TOS on right with Venous TOS mostly caused by Congenital Extra Cervical Rib with / or without Extended Transeverse Cervical Processes with / Scalene Anticus Syndrome and Pectoralis Minor Syndrome.
Cause of this-
AS explained is the narrowing of the Thorasic Outlet-caused from Extra Congenital Cervical Rib/Scalene anticus / Pectoralis Minor with Long Transverse processes of Cervical Vertebra, which causes
Nerve(Brachial plexus),Subclavian Arteries / and Subclavian Veins.

-Cause of the bulging Right hand Veins -
Is due to the Venous Obstruction caused from Compression by Scalene Anticus Muscle head, pressing the Subclavian vein at the Thorasic OUtlet to compress against the first / or the Elevated floor by the congenital aberration by Extra Cervial Rib on the right hand side.

-Cause of Numbness in right hand -is also caused by the accompanying brachial plexus nerves around the Subclavian Veins on right hand side.
-Cause of the numbeness on Left side- is also due to the nerve injury by compression of the left brachial plexus from extra cervical rib/scalene anticus muscle / or pectoralis muscle or the reduction of the costo-clavicular space from fracture rib.

Investigation-
CT NECK / X-ray Neck/ MR angiography(MRA)- would fix the diagnosis with Color doppler study of the left and right arm arteries and veins and with Second Opinion from Surgeon.
Vascualr Surgeon with surgeon would assess your case for the above causes and would plan treatment according to the cause of it.

Hope this would help you to reduce worry with your problem.
Take care and wish you to recover fast and Live healthy.

Hope this reply would help you to plan further treatment with your family and specialist doctors there.

Welcome for any further query in this regard.

Good Day!!
