What Causes Tingling And Numbness In Jaw?

I have been taking Cipro for a case of traveller's diarrhea for the last 3 days. Tonight I have been experiencing tingling / slight numbness all along my jaw for the last few hours. I had some very slight intermittent tingling there previously but not this much. I did notice that the granola bar I ate just before this started has some calcium in it, which I know is bad with Cipro. Any reason to be concerned? Or will the numbness just go away in a few hours? Thanks.
