What Causes Tingling And Numbness In The Arms Along With Fever And Nausea?

I am experiencing much tingling and some numbness in my arms. Past couple days got a sore throat, with cold, sweats, low grade fever, some nausea, but most importantly, over the past week plus, I have had increasing pain in my neck which I thought was a strain. That pain is now basically gone. Thoughts, please

Tingling and numbness in arms can be cervical spondylitis. I suggest you to consult an orthopedician for clinical assessment and relevant investigations - X-ray cervical spine.
