What Causes Tingling And Numbness In The Hands?
I ve noticed that my fingers, mainly the 3 middle fingers on both hands, more so on my right hand get tingly and sometimes numb where it hurts. This usually happens when I am writing, driving, pretty much when gripping something. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night with them numb and it hurts.

I can understand your concern.
Tingling and numbness in fingers is mostly due to vitamin B12 deficiency and diabetes.
So get done vitamin b 12 level and blood sugar level (HbA1C) if Deficiency than you will need supplements.
Other causes are cervical spine pathology.
So also get done x ray of cervical spine.
