What Causes Tingling And Numbness In The Neck After Taking Adderall?

I m not prescribed adderall but took 30mg XR and the. 6 hours later took 20mg XR - about and hour and later I began to experience a weird feeling in my neck that extended into my jaw and ear on the left side and then the left side of face became numb and tingling and has not stopped and it is almost 20 hours later. What could this be and will it go away? I took some ibuprofen and a goodies powder ...but nothing has changed

Hello,

The tingling and numbness in the neck can be part of muscle involvement with side effect of the tone issue after consumption of Adderall tablet. Drink plenty of liquids to get early washing of the drug from the system and can wait for further period of 4-6 hours, beyond which if symptoms persist, consult at an ER for further proceedings.

It is not related to Adderal. Possible causes like cervical spondylitis must be ruled out. Consult a neurologist and get evaluated. Conditions like cervical spondylitis must be ruled outs.
