What Causes Tingling And Pain Around Stomach While On Medication For HIV?

I developed tightning in my stomach some days ago after taking live probiotics, 2 days ago developed pain in my belly button, it i red with some kind of rash and very very painful to touch. The surrounding stomach area is equally painful to touch. Bending down is painful getting out of bed is painful. I am also HIV + and on my meds, truvada, reyataz, norvir, what could be going on? I also feel constipated and too some laxatives yesterday and today.
