General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You are having nerve entrapment. You should maintain proper posture while sitting, sleeping.

Sleep in a hard bed. MRI lumbar spine will give a diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Varinder Joshi , General & Family Physician
