What Causes Tingling And Throbbing Sensation In Arm And Chest?

Hi yes I m 27 years old I ve been having high blood pressure lately today I have a headache and won t go away it s on the sides of my head and in my ears not severe I ve taken Tylenol and claritin and I was slightly nauseous my left hand and arm while laying down are slightly tingly and right shoulder in throbbing slightly my chest for only a short second felt pressure lightly I m yawning and all of a sudden a little sad should I be concerned

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have tingling and throbbing sensation in arm and chest . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like acid reflux , cardiac problem like angina and viral infection . I would suggest you to consult cardiologist for proper examination and rule out more serious condition . Doctor may order ECG , TMT , troponin t test or complete blood profile . Doctor may prescribe isosorbid nitrate , aspirin , betablockers , frusamide and sedative . Doctor may also refer you to general practitioner if there is no heart related problem . Doctor may prescribe antiviral medicine like acyclovir . For now take proper rest , take tylenol or do not exert your body .
