What Causes Tingling At The Penis Tip During Urination?

Tested for std. All clean. Have constant sexual intercourse with my girlfriend, recently started to have a tingling at the tip of my penis ONLY at the very end of urination. What could this be? Redness inside the tip if I open it up. That s it. No itch or tingling except at the end of urination.

You might be having urinary tract infection. Kindly get urine routine examination along with culture and sensitivity. Please contact physician for appropriate treatment. Kindly abstain from sex till you are cured.
