What Causes Tingling Feel Post Stool Movement?

I'm 18 about 5'7 I weight about 115 to 120 after I notice after I went swimming one day I started to get this tingling feeling after I pee and now theres blood right at the end it does not hurt nor burn but it does bother me I have no discharge what so ever or a funny smell. I did not wash the bathing suit from the last time I had it on because I could not find it I'm thinking that it is the reason, I am sexually active but we've had sex more than once and werent even having sex at the time I started feeling this way. Can you help me with a solution please

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It may not be concerned with the sex, or some thing related. The blood may be due to the urinary tract infection, or a stone in the tract.
I advise you to consult a urologist for diagnosis and treatment . You may need to have urethroscopy for confirmation. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
