Received this message from my 16 year old son. I ve been getting this tingling feeling at the head on my penis. it s only for like a split second then goes away, but it s uncomfortable ! I don t have any redness nor discharge or bumps nor burning of any type when I pee. it started this morning but I thought it would stop but it s not ! but when I pee my bladder doesn t seem to get fully empty ! not sure if it s just because I drink a lot of water or something is wrong

Hello,

There cannot be a permanent damage with masturbation. Kindly be reassured. You would have had some trauma due to excessive masturbation. Problem is just transient and not permanent at all. As your doctor has put you on an antibiotic course, there is no chance of trauma getting infected.

Stay healthy. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Iven Romic Rommstein, General Surgeon
