What Causes Tingling Feeling In Right Arm And Bump On Head After Injury?

Hi i slipped and fell back on a marbel floor, i hit the back of my head hard that it hounced off the floor. Im not laying down and have a tingly feeling on my right arm/hand my head is pounding and i have a bump on the back of mi head. Should i be concerned or should i make a visit to the er?

Hello,

You are having tingling feeling in the right arm and bump on the head after injury when you slipped and fell on the marble head. You are suggested to apply a thick layer of ointment Thrombophob all over the bump on your forehead. It will help to reduce any blood clots under the skin.

Tingling feeling on the right arm may be indicative of nerve impingement or compression or trauma due to fall. You can take acetaminophen or any other analgesic to reduce pain and inflammation. Tingling or numbness is commonly dur to neuropathy. If diabetic, control your blood glucose level at all cost.

Take vitamin B6, B12 rich food or supplements to boost nerve repair in case of any injury or damage to the nerves. Get clinically examined by an orthopedist. Get X-ray and if required MRI done to study any fracture, dislocation, tendon / ligament injury or tear, nerve damage and injury, etc. You will be accordingly treated.
