What Causes Tingling In Breasts, Abdominal Cramping And Missed Periods?

I have been experiencing tingling and slight discharge in both breasts, abdominal cramping, missed my menstrual cycle for 2 months, dizzy spells, migraines and have multiple single blisters showing up on my legs and face. I have taken home pregnancy tests that came out negative. What could this be?
