What Causes Tingling In The Arm And Leg With The Pain In The Middle Of The Chest?

My husband is 33 and right now now in the best of health. He has had a weird coughing chocking thing going on where he starts to cough and ends up chocking on nothing like his wind pipe closes up. And then the tingling in left arm and leg and a pain in the middle of his chest. Why should I do?

Hello

Your husband's symptoms may be due to many causes like lung problem,cardiac causes,acid reflux etc.

He may need clinical examination and investigations like routine hemogram,random blood sugar,liver function test,renal function test,lipid profile,chest X-ray (PA view),ECG in all leads,TMT,upper GI endoscopy,ultrasound of abdomen.
Further requirement of investigations depend on above basic investigations.

Proper treatment depend upon findings.
