What Causes Tingling In The Penis During Urination?

Hi I have a slight stinging feeling in my penis when I urinate and it is only for a few seconds and the goes away till I urinate again. I have seen 3 doctors and tests and ultrasounds have come back clear I have taken 2 different antibiotics but It didn t clear the problem

I really appreciate your concern, I would suggest to drink more water because less water intake could be the cause and no need to worry about this, no need to be over conscious about this hope this information helps.
