HI
Well come to HCM
Thank for asking,
I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms of tingling may not be due to hypertension or heart disease but it is more seems to be due to cervical spine disease (spondylitis) and it should be ruled out I would suggest to bet done the MRI of cervical spine if anything turn marked positive then you need to see the neurophysician or orthopedic surgeon else antihypertensive medicine will not work here, second thought it may be due to some local nerve compression because of uneven posture clinical examination will clear every thing suspected hope this information helps.
