What Causes Tingling Sensation After Oral Sex?

I had unprotected oral sex and now my tongue is tingling. I feel like im getting a cold sore. I usually get them a few times a year. But the timing has me worried. I had been celibate for many years. Until this encounter last week. I have been taking the over the counter treatments that i always use and i dont see a cold sore. Can you get herpes from oral sex?

It is not herpes. As it is highly painful.
Sometimes tingling occurs due to changing of pH of tongue.
So do not worry just wait for two days you will be fine
