What Causes Tingling Sensation All Over The Body?

I have a tingling sensation all over from head to toe my throat even feels like it. I had some injections in my back about 7 weeks ago cold it be that.this only came on about 2 weeks ago and it's getting worse. It keeps me awake and its driving me mad.
