What Causes Tingling Sensation And Numbness In Arm Post Donation Of Blood?

I donated bloo three days ago. Second day after my left shoulder began to hurt, i can barely raise my arm, pick up my child or lay on my left side without being in pain. I have given blood before and have never had this happen. A tingling sensation goes down my whole arm into my fingers, and my hand feels slightly numb. I dont know what this is or wether i should see a doctor.

It appears that your nerves of hand is affected anyhow during the donation process. You may have thrombophlebitis (thrombosis and inflammation of blood vessels) also. Whatever it is, You should immediatly consult your doctor for checkup and treatment.
