What Causes Tingling Sensation And Numbness In Feet?
I have been having tingling/numbness in me feet lately. It is only in 1 foot at a time. It seems to be only in the evening when I get home & lasts all evening until I go to bed. Today though it is all day long. I have a compression sock on it, have it elevated, but it is not going away. Not sure why is it not going away & can not get comfortable. Is there something else I can be doing or should I be concerned. I am worried it may be the start of diabetes or something. Thanks

I really appreciate your concern, no this is not the starting of diabetes but such symptoms could be due to some nerve compression and this is mostly happening because of poor posture, here the dorsal spine need to be investigated for disc disease, try to maintain good posture, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
