What Causes Tingling Sensation And Numbness In The Arms?
Yes please. I had a tingling then numbness and then both arms folded and locked up unable to move and feet and legs a little too, so painful i amlost heperventalateded. took 40 minutes in cool shower to release them. help any thoughts. Its happened once before. What could this be do i need a doctor.

I have gone through your query. Hyperventilation can cause such symptoms. Anxiety or stress can give such problem. Using a paper bag and do rebreathing will be helpful to get relief from this. Keep a paper bag close to your nose and breath out air into it and rebreath the same air. This will maintain the normal carbon dioxide levels and clear out your problem.
