What Causes Tingling Sensation And Numbness In The Feet?
I have been assigned to a security job where I sit at a computer monitor bank and must monitor them for 4 hours of my 8 hour shift. I have done this now for about 8 months. For the last 5 or 6 weeks, after i have been sitting for an hour or so, my feet start tingling and feel numb. The numbness goes away when I get up and walk around the complex as part of my rounds later in the shift. Is this something serious?
As you mentioned you have problem of tingling sensation and numbness in feet that may be because of over work or diabitic neuropathy or vitamin b12 deficincey or nerve problem or other reasons.
