General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello I have read through your question and here is my opinion about the same. Since you also have bodyache I would suggest you to undergo a a complete blood profile including E.S.R. Also an RA Factor test will be helpful. Regarding the tingling sensation in hands I would suggest you to get an X Ray cervical spine to as this may happen in cervical spondylosis. Are you taking any calcium supplements? If no then it would be beneficial to take them as osteoporosis is quite common at your age. I would suggest you to discuss that with your physician. I hope that answers your question. If you have any other questions please feel free to write.
I find this answer helpful
