What Causes Tingling Sensation And Numbness In The Thumb?

The middle finger, pointer finger and thumb on my left arm fall asleep and tingle when my arm is above my heart. At night my pointer finger feels like someone is driving a hot nail into the knuckle area, so bad it wakes me up. I was taking a multi-vitamin and B-12 everyday, but I stopped the B-12, thinking that might be why my hands were falling asleep. It s been about 2 weeks, the right arm got better, but not the pain in the left.?

start with physical exercises like stretch exercises, yoga etc. take Calcium tablets and some anti inflammatory drugs and pain killers like ibuprofen and paracetomal. Modify your dietary habbits.
