What Causes Tingling Sensation And Numbness In The Upper Left Thigh?

I hurt my back the other day; now back feels better, but I am getting a tngling/numbness in my left upper thigh region - what should I do? I am 56 yr old female; it is not keeping me from dong things (tennis) but I am concerned as it does not seem to be gong away. Thanks for your thoguhts

Hi when you hurt your back, the nerves get inflamed and for some time there can be after effects. Take Gabapentin withB-12--after consulting your doctor, with prescription only--regards
