Hi there,I am 35 y.o male I work a physical job with lots of bending and lifting.I have had 3 protruding discs in my lower back 3,4 and 5 on two different occasions.I am experiencing a tingling vibration at bottom of my spine along with hip, groin and calf pain.Wondering is this now becoming a nerve or seperate spine issue?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The abnormal sensation in the spine is likely linked to the protruding discs.
Protrusion of discs can cause compression of the nerves resulting in abnormal sensation such as tingling.

Other sensations that can occur are numbness, burning, sticking etc.

The pain is also likely related.

You may need to be reviewed. Imaging may need to be done to see if there are any further changes in the back.
Imaging may also be needed of the hip and knee joints as well.

I hope this helps
