What Causes Tingling Sensation At The Back Of The Head, Back And Arms?

I am having some tingling in the back of my head, back, arms and legs. I have seen a chiropractor and she made a few adjustments with no improvement. My massage therapist/physical therapist has worked on me and seems to think it may be spine related. Where do I go from here? I ve having a new defibrillator put in on Friday and am having a hysterectomy on August 2 and want to make sure I can go ahead with these procedures.

Hi,

Tingling can be due to low vitamin B12 levels in blood/severe anemia/pinching or compression of the nerves (spinal or peripheral)supplying the affected part.

You need to get investigated (blood work & MRI or ct scan) to pinpoint the cause of the problem .followed by specific treatment by an expert muri physician or surgeon as per need.

For hysterectomy before surgery, these parameters to be observed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
