Hello doctor, im a 16 year old boy and had unprotected and oral sex (not for the first tims) with my girlfriend 4 days ago and ever since have had a annoying tingleing sensation in the tip of my penis it looks quite red around the very tip and my bladder also feels rather quesy, it almost feels like i need to constantly pee. Ejaculating has become seemingly alot easier and quicker with the tingling, i dont think this is an STI of any sorts but it keeps me up worried at night any help? Thankyou
