What Causes Tingling Sensation At The Tip Of Penis?

I have a sensitive question, i dont know if it is a throbbing or tingling sensation, but the tip of my penis has been having this feeling for about 2 days now. It is if the the throbbing/tingling occurrs every 5-7 seconds for about 2 seconds. Any ideas?
