I am having tingling sensations on my achilles tendon pretty much daily. At first I mistook it for something that was causing the tingling of the skin over the achilles: a rash or bug bite from gardening that wasn't going away, but now I am going on over a week now. I am having no pain currently but about a month or so ago, I did have some bad pain/aching of the achilles and after staying off it and icing it the pain went away. I do try to get in about 2 x 3 mile runs a week. Thanks for any help.
