What Causes Tingling Sensation In Chest Under Left Breast?
I was experiencing a prickly tingly sensation in my chest yesterday up underneath my left breast that had me clutching my chest. I wasnt feeling anything else, such as shortness of breath of tightness in my chest, but this feeling I had was enough to stop me in my tracks. what could this possiby mean?
Thanks for your question on HCM. In my opinion you are having muscle twitching most probably. But since it is left sided chest event we need to rule out cardiac cause first. So get done ECG first to rule out any heart related causes. If this is normal than no need to worry, this must be muscular twitch only. Most probably pectoralis muscle. So better to follow these for symptomatic relief. 1. Avoid heavy weight lifting and strenuous exercise. 2. Avoid bad postures in sleep. 3. Take good muscle relaxant. 4. Apply warm water pad on affected muscle.
