General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Tingling or pressure sensation on the clitoris, vagina or vulval region can occur due to minor infection, around the time of ovulation or during pregnancy. Any history of excess or foul smelling vaginal discharge can indicate infections.A vaginal smear can help in diagnosis. Pregnancy should also be ruled out with a urine test if there is a positive history of intercourse in the last 2 weeks.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
