What Causes Tingling Sensation In Fingers Post Trauma?

My daughter injured her wrist yesterday in softball. X-ray didn t show a fracture, but after the radiologist read it, they said it was questionable and may be her Scaphoid bone. She is having more discomfort tonight and her fingers are tingling. Is this something that can wait until tomorrow to be rechecked by a doctor or should i bring her back to the ER tonight?
