Today while at work I fell while running after a child. I landed on my right side , more so my shoulder. This was around 5 hours ago. My shoulder and neck have a horrible tingling sensation, like I just put icy hot them, along with pain. Also feeling pinching sensations in my neck and down the middle of my spine, especially when pressure us applied to that area. Just need to know if it is worth a trip to the hospital.
