Yes, there may be
tingling sensation and swelling due to Tramadol. I suggest you stop Tramadol.
Firstly, do some tests:
1.
Electromyography of the back muscles.
2.
Complete Blood Count
3. Test for sodium level, potassium level, calcium level.
4. Test for
Rheumatoid Factor and anti-citrullinated protein antibodies.
5. Test for Uric acid.
6. Nerve conduction studies
7. Spinal
magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
Along with these, you can start this treatment:
Ibuprofen 400 mg orally every 6 hours as needed, Gabapentin 300 mg orally once a day for 1 month.
Take Gabapentin every day and Ibuprofen if needed above gabapentin.
You can also take muscle relaxants Do these guidelines:
1. Take vegetables more.
2. Drink adequate water.
3. Apply a cold and hot compress
4. Massage can be done
5. Take rest adequately
