hi...my feet tingle and I just went through a weeks bout of diarhea.. so I stopped eating dairy and gluten.. wake up sometimes with left arm also tingling(it goes away) any ideas with what is up.. recently had blood test showing elevated levels for what could be autoimmune, sjorgens or lupus...?
